MARKING SCHEME & DESCRIPTORS

The objective and semi-objective parts will be worth 50% and they will be evaluated per entry; for the subjective items the performance descriptors currently in use (task achievement, language accuracy, vocabulary range, register and style, overall impression) will be applied to cover 50% (25x2).

If you had to teach your language to a person who knew nothing about it at all, how would you begin? What would you do so that this person could learn your language as quickly and easily as possible? Write a paragraph of about 150 words expressing 2 hypothetical present and past situations and 3 conditional structures to fulfil the task and express 1 wish about the future. (Daca ar trebui predati limba romana unei persoane care nu stie deloc cu ce ati incepe? Ce anume ati face ca acea persoana sa invete romaneste repede si usor? Pentru realizarea sarcinii scrieti un paragraf de aproximativ 150 de cuvinte in care exprimati doua situatii ipotetice in prezent si trecut, trei structuri conditionale si o dorinta referitoare la viitor).

3. Aveti mai jos un test la limba engleza. Dupa ce il cititi, stabiliti ce tip de test este si pentru ce clasa/ nivel. La sfarsitul testului sunt indicate o parte din obiectivele de evaluare. Completati cu cele care credeti ca lipsesc.

Thanks for your last letter. I've got an incredible news for you! Guess what? I'm going to spend ten days in Harry Potter's school of magic in the town of Alnwick. Did you knew that the entire movie was filmed there? Since I have seen the film the first time, I have wanted to visit the place.

The other day, while I did my homework, my brother came into the room and showed me a leaflet. I immediately recognized Harry's school, but thought it was just another book. The big surprise was that, in fact, we will be going there on a camp. I know my brother for a lifetime and he still amazes me!!!

My brother always was the artist in the family and laughed at me for playing with tools all the time. But now it seems he can't go without me and my technical skills. We are going to form so a great team that I hope we will win the prize for the best project.

I am such anxious to go! I'll tell you more about it when we will come back.

IV. The Alnwick Town Library is in possession of a manuscript of a story which is said to have taken place in the area. However, the manuscript got damaged in unknown circumstances and there is hardly any chance now to recreate it. But the Council is determined not to let magic disappear, so they decided to use the remaining parts as an opportunity to stimulate youth creativity.

To the given fragment, write:
