Pahar: Martini

Garnish: Flamed orange peel

50 ml VSOP Remy Martin cognac

15 ml Grand Marnier orange liqueur



20 ml cranberry juice

10 ml fresh lemon juice

Mod de preparare :

Se toarna toate ingrediente in paharul Boston glass, se amesteca puternic prin metoda shake si se strecoara double strain in paharul Martini in prealabil racit. Se flambeaza orange peel-ul deasupra paharului.

Perfect Manhattan

Pahar : Martini

Garnish : Maraschino cherry

60 ml Jim Beam Black

10 ml Extra Dry Martini

10 ml Martini rosso

3 dash-uri Angostura bitters

Mod de preparare:

Se toarna toate ingredientele in paharul Boston glass, se amesteca prin metoda stirring si se strecoara double strain in paharul Martini in prealabil racit.Se adauga maraschino cherry in pahar.

60 ml gin Beefeater

15 ml Martini rosso

5 ml Cointreau

5 ml sugar syrup

Dash Angostura bitters

Mod de preparare :

Se toarna toate ingredientele in Boston tin,se amesteca dintr-un tin in altul de cel putin trei ori in functie de gheata, se strecoara double strain in paharul Martini sau cocquetier.Se pulverizeaza uleiurile din coaja de lamaie desupra paharului si se lasa in pahar.

40 ml Remy Martin VSOP

15 ml Cointreau

20 ml fresh lemon juice

Mod de preparare:

Se toarna toate ingredientele in paharul Boston glass, se amesteca puternic prin metoda shake si se strecoara double strain in paharul Martini in prealabil racit.Se pulverizeaza uleiurile din coaja de lamaie deasupra paharului, se lasa in pahar.

Garnish : cinnamon powder

40 ml Dewars white label

20 ml Drambuie honey liqueur

15 ml runny honey

10 ml frisca lichida

10 ml lapte

5-6 stafide fresh

Mod de preparare:

Se zdrobesc stafidele cu runny honey in paharul Boston glass, se adauga si celelalte ingrediente, se amesteca puternic in Boston shaker si se strecoara double strain in paharul Martini in prealabil racit. Se presara scortisoara in pahar in forma rotunda.

60 ml Jose Cuervo Blanco

20 ml Cointreau

25 ml fresh lime juice

Mod de preparare:

Se toarna primele patru ingrediente in paharul Boston glass, se amesteca puternic prin metoda shake, se strecoara in paharul old-fashioned peste gheata cuburi paharul avand deja rim de sare facut. Se adauga pepenasul de lime f subtire taiat.

Pahar old fashioned

Garnish : lemon peel & orange slice &cherry maraschino

60 ml Metaxa 7*******

1 bar spoon powdered sugar

5-6 nice mint leaves

3 dash Angostura bitters

Mod de preparare:

Se dizolva zaharul pudra cu putina apa plata ,Angostura bitters si menta in paharul old-fashioned amestecand usor cu lingurita de bar, se adauga cateva cuburi de gheata si un oz(30 ml) de brandy amestecand in continuare usor, dupa ce diluam optim amestecul se adauga inca un oz si cateva cuburi de gheata amestecand in continuare.Se adauga in bautura jumatatea de felie de portocala, deasupra coaja de lamaie si cherry maraschino.

25 ml fresh lime juice

15 ml orgeat syrup

2 dash-uri Angostura bitters

Se toarna toate ingredientele in Boston glass, se amesteca puternic prin metoda shake, se strecoara in paharul old-fashioned plin ¾ cu gheata pisata amestecand usor continutul cu lingurita de bar, se adauga gheata pisata pentru a forma coroana cocktailului. Se adauga tulpina de menta si pepenasul de lime.

10 ml lapte

10 ml frisca lichida

15 ml fresh lime juice

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca foarte puternic ingredientele fara soda in Boston shaker, se strecoara in paharul old-fashioned plin cu gheata cuburi, top up cu soda. Se adauga lime wedge pe marginea paharului

Se amesteca puternic toate ingredientele in Boston shaker, se strecoara continutul in paharul old-fashioned plin ¾ cu gheata pisata amestecand usor continutul. Se adauga gheata pisata pentru coroana cocktailului. Se adauga mint sprig-ul

Pahar : Highball

Garnish : mint sprig

60 ml Havana Anejo Blanco

25 ml fresh lime juice

20 ml sugar syrup

8-10 frunze menta proaspata

Top up Martini brut sparkling wine

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca freshul de lime cu siropul de trestie de zahar, menta cu gheata pisata, se adauga romul si gheata pisata amestecandu-se usor, se adauga gheatapisata pentru a forma coroana paharului.Se adauga sprigul de menta.

Vanilla Blossom

Pahar highball

Garnish : half qumquat

50 ml vodka

20 ml Galliano vanilla liqueur

20 ml fresh lemon juice

5 ml vanilla syrup

2 fresh quartered qumquats

2 drops powdered cinnamon

Mod de preparare:

Se zdrobesc qumquats-urile cu siropul de vanilie, scortisoara si fresh-ul de lamaie in paharul highball, se adauga Galliano si vodka amestecand usor cu jumatate de pahar de gheata pisata. Se adauga gheata pisata pentru coroana paharului.Se adauga jumatate de qumquat ca decor.

Pahar highball

Garnish : lemon wedge

60 ml citron vodka

20 ml elderflower cordial

25 ml fresh lemon juice

3 dash- uri Angostura bitters

Top up tonic water

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca puternic toate ingredientele in afara de apa tonica in Boston shaker, se strecoara peste gheata cuburi in paharul highball plin cu gheata cuburi, top up apa tonica.

Se adauga wedge-ul de lamaie.

Bloody Mary

Pahar highball

Garnish : celery stick and salt & pepper rim

60 ml vodka

15 ml Tawny port wine

130 ml tomato juice

15 ml fresh lemon juice

8 drops Tabasco sauce

6 dash Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon horseradish paste

2 drops of salt

2 drops black pepper

Mod de preparare:

Se toarna toate ingredientele in mixing glass, si se trec dintr-un glass in altul de 4 ori ambele mixing glass-uri avand gheata cuburi in ele, se toarna continutul in paharul highball plin cu gheata cuburi deja rimat cu sare si piper.Se decoreaza cu un stick de telina.

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca puternic primele patru ingrediente in Boston shaker, se strecoara in paharul highball plin cu gheata pisata. Se adauga jumatatea de passion fruit.

Se amesteca puternic primele 4 ingrediente, shake, se strecoara continutul in paharul highball plin ¾ plin cu gheata pisata amestecand usor continutul. top up cu champagne.

Se adauga un wedge de lamaie ca dcor.

Garnish : recurrants&blueberries

20 ml Crème de Cassis

Top up champagne

Mod de preparare :

Se toarna build cele doua ingrediente in paharul flute, turnand usor se face un layer nu f pronuntat. Adaugand afine si coacaze rosii se vor depune la jumatatea paharului.Se adauga o afina pe rimul paharului.

Van Gogh

Glass : martini/cocktail glass

Garnish:lemon spiral

60 ml Courvoisier VSOP

15 ml Kahlua

15 ml fresh lime juice

10 ml maple syrup

5-6 stafide

Absinthe 15 ml

Top up champagne

Preparare:absinthe si apa pt aromatizarea si racirea paharului ,aruncati absinth-ul, muddle stafide cu siropul de artar si fresh-ul de lime,shake toate ingredientele mai putin sampania,double strain si top up champagne. Twist de lamaie.

Garnish : cherry maraschino

30 ml gin

10 ml fresh lemon juice

Mod de preparare:

Amestecati primele trei ingrediente shake, strecurati double strain in paharul flute, top up champagne.Adaugati o cireasa maraschino in pahar.

30 ml vin rosu

Mod de preparare

Amestecati primele doua ingrediente in shaker, puternic, strecurati double strain in paharul flute, top up champagne.Se adauga decor cherry maraschino in pahar.
