Pauzele dintre zilele de curs iti ofera posibilitatea de a reflecta asupra noilor cunostinte si de a le aplica imediat in organizatie. Datorita studiilor de caz discutate, exercitiilor si simularilor, vei invata, prin analogie, sa faci fata mai bine provocarilor din propria companie.
